Cancellation or rescheduling and appointment

Notice to all Online Bookings: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic on 03 9781 2003. We do not charge a late cancellation fee. However, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the scheduled time will result in an account being issued for a Non-attendance fee.  This fee will correspond to the type of appointment booked.
